Because we want you to purchase with confidence, we offer a straightforward, risk-free refund policy.
1. Our 7-Day “No Questions Asked” Guarantee
We offer a complete 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all new license purchases.
If you decide that the ROAS Toolkit isn’t working out for you—for any reason at all—simply reach out to us within the first 7 days of your original purchase, and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to prove that the plugin is broken or spend hours troubleshooting with our support team to get your money back.
2. When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
While we honor our 7-day guarantee for all new purchases, please note the following exceptions where refunds cannot be processed:
Past the 7-Day Window: Refund requests submitted 8 days or more after the original purchase date will not be accepted.
License Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your active subscription at any time before your renewal date to prevent future billing.
3. How to Request a Refund
To claim your refund within the 7-day window, please follow these steps:

Include your License Key and the email address used to make the purchase.
State that you would like a refund under the 7-day guarantee. (Feedback is always appreciated so we can improve, but it is never required!)
Once your request is received, our team will process it within 24 to 48 business hours. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. License Termination
Upon the processing of your refund, your ROAS Toolkit license key will be immediately deactivated. You must uninstall and delete all copies of the plugin from your websites, as you will no longer have access to the software’s premium features, automatic updates, or technical support.
