Welcome to the ROAS Toolkit. By purchasing, downloading, or using the ROAS Toolkit WordPress plugin (“the Software”) available at roastoolkit.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. License and Usage

The ROAS Toolkit is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later.

     

      • License Keys: While the core software is GPL-compliant, access to automatic updates, premium features, and technical support requires a valid, active license key.

      • Usage Limits: License keys are restricted to the number of sites specified in your pricing plan at the time of purchase. Sharing or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the license without a refund.

    2. Software Delivery

    Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link for the plugin and your unique license key. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please contact us at [email protected].

    3. Support Policy

    We provide technical support exclusively for active license holders.

       

        • What is covered: Support covers the installation, configuration, and general usage of the ROAS Toolkit’s native features.

        • What is not covered: We do not provide support for third-party WordPress themes, conflicting plugins, highly customized server-side Tag Manager (sGTM) containers, or custom JavaScript variables.

        • Response Time: We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 business hours.

      4. Updates

      Software updates are provided to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress, PHP, and third-party APIs (such as Meta’s Conversion API). Updates are available only to users with an active and valid license key. We do not guarantee that the Software will function indefinitely with older versions of WordPress or unsupported PHP versions.

      5. Limitation of Liability

      Because the ROAS Toolkit handles tracking data, server-side deduplication, and analytics routing, you acknowledge that you use the Software at your own risk.

         

          • Ad Platform Policies: We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google), including ad account suspensions, pixel bans, or data discrepancies.

          • Data Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your tracking setups comply with local privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, Data (Use and Access) Act). The ROAS Toolkit is a data routing tool; it does not inherently provide cookie consent or legal compliance for your website.

          • Damages: In no event shall the ROAS Toolkit team or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

        6. Refunds

        We stand behind our product, but we understand that it might not work perfectly in every server environment. We offer a standard 7-Day money-back guarantee without asking any questions. After 7 days following rules will apply

           

            • Refunds are granted if the Software cannot be successfully installed or does not perform its advertised core functions on a standard WordPress environment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

            • Refunds will not be granted for “change of mind,” missing features that were never advertised, or issues caused by heavily customized third-party code.

          7. Termination

          We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license key and access to support immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms (such as distributing the premium Software or abusing our support staff).

          8. Changes to Terms

          We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Software after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
